Yes if you must: Would wait a few days until your eyes are more healed before resuming smoking. But you can resume smoking after lasik or be in a smoky environment. Of course, there are too many reasons to list here that you should stop smoking, as smoking is bad for your eyes (think macula degeneration) as well as the rest of your body.
