What can i do if my eye is really irritated, and i wear contacts. help?

Seek help: If you are a contact lens wearer and your eye is irritated, do not wear your lenses. Seek an evaluation with your eye care provider to ensure that you do not have a torn contact lens, poor lens fit, ocular allergy or inflammation, corneal abrasion, corneal infection, etc. Failure to do so and continued wearing of the lens in this context places you at risk for blindness and even loss of the eye.
