Respect him: Autonomy rules in today's world, even when it seems terribly misguided. I take it that you have already talked with him and realize that this is not working. I take it you have also spoken with his friends and family and they realize the situation. If he passes out, goes crazy or can no longer speak clearly, call 911. There is nothing else you can do when an adult declines medical treatment.
