Don't focus on ANA: Fatigue and achiness are features of many illnesses including depression, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune disorders. Antinuclear antibodies (ANA) are present in many patients with autoimmunity, but can also be present in up to 25% of the healthy population. The ANA may or may not be important to your symptoms. See your doctor to make sure basic kidney function, blood counts, and urine are normal.
