Can there be any way i can control my emotions during my period?

PMS / PMDD: Symptoms experienced during your cycle can be debilitating and difficult to control, but there are ways to treat the problem. This should be discussed with your doctor as well. If you are amenable to birth control pills or the depo-shot, both of these will help by suppressing ovulation. If these are not an option, then talk with your doctor about ssri medications during second half of cycle.
