A member asked:

I have been coughing for 6 months and started having seizures. help?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Coughing: You should see your doctor to find out why you have this persistent cough. If you have paroxysms of cough it is possible to cause cough syncope, which might look like a seizure. Paroxysms of cough might also cause acute hypoxic seizures. The key is to treat and end the coughing.
