Causes of Pain: At your age, overexertion from something you did today should be relieved by some topical analgesic cream or oral analgesic but if it is recurrent or persistent, it could be your gallbladder or something in your cervical spine. Patients with impending heart attack can have some pain in those areas too but this depends on your health status and family history. Better see your family doctor soon.
