Mood swings: Mood changes in the middle of your cycle are associated with ovulation. Usually the mood shifts are not as significant as sround menses though. For women who have mood (brain) changes due to hormone changes, it is important to be clinically monitored and treated, if the mood swings interfere in your life. These women have higher risk for depression & anxiety during and after pregnancy.
