Hmmm...: What makes you think it's pancreas pain? Pancreas pain doesn't localize well. Don't assume it's the pancreas unless you have a history of pancreas pain and know exactly what you're dealing with. But if you're sick, yes, go to the ER if you don't feel safe waiting to see your doctor in the daytime.
