CP: Do you have any risk factors for cad? Like family history of heart attacks, obesity, hbp, diabetes, high chol, smoking, etc you need a ECG and stress test. The pain is not typical for heart problem but I am very aggressive with CP associated with two or more risk factors. Possibilities are chest wall pain like costochondritis or muscle sprain or spasm at chest- pain during deep breath & palpation.
