Inside Out Lens: Yes, a soft contact lens can be inside out. When it is, it will not feel right when placed on the eye. You can often tell if it is inside out by looking from the side at the edge of the lens. If it flares outward like the edge of a fancy flower vase, it is likely inside out. If you are still uncertain about the fit or the lens itself, it is best to seek the advice of your contact lens provider.
