Depends: If it is a hard contact, you could get a small suction device that you can get at a local optometry office or pull your eyelid to the side and blink it out. If it is a soft contact, you can move the lens with your finger up or down or to the side and squeeze it out with your fingers. If you think it is stuck under the eyelid somewhere and can't get it out, see your eye doctor.
