How bad can constipation pain get? also, does it feel like the pain comes from your uterus?

Bad: Constipation can get so bad that it can lead to hospitalization. If your pain is this bad, then this might be what you need to rule out a bowel obstruction. And yes, constipation is usually a poorly localized pain in the belly that can mimic pain from the uterus.
