During cycle abdomen swollen with digestive issues alternating constipation with diarrhea. no uterus. what can i take to help the swelling go down?

Why the swelling?: I am curious to know why you had a hysterectomy at such a young age? The reason i ask is that sometimes various gynecologic conditions, like endometriosis, can cause these symptoms. Do you still have your ovaries? Even with a uterus, the hormonal flux right before and during your period can cause water retention. I need to know more.
