Aim for regularity: It wouldn't be a goal to induce diarrhea-aim for soft, easy to pass stool every 1-3dys. Make sure you're drinking approx. 64oz water & 30grams of fiber day at minimum. Fiber can come from supplement like benefiber, metamucil etc. Better to take supplement that makes you drink. Natural fiber is in veggies, grains etc. Prunes, caffiene can help. Probiotics like align help &stool softener if needed.
