A member asked:

What causes my mild migraines?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Migraines: Stress, dehydration, lack of exercise, poor sleep, caffeine, and skipping meals can all cause headaches. Medication overuse can also cause this and can be to tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. See your doctor if you still have migraines after truly stepping back and avoiding all these things. Hope this helps.
