Kidney stones : For sure you have to be worried because if there is an obstruction secondary to the stone this might lead to kidney damage and with time might lead to chronic renal insuficiency and eventually to kidney failure if repetitive obstructions are neglected. Please seek medical attention asap.

Yes if not treated: Need to discuss with your urologist. U must have a solitary functioning kidney if u have a kidney stone and no urine is reaching the bladder. Or if pain is so severe that it makes u feel unable to urinate. Either way u should be in touch with urologist or on your way to an er rather that spending time on the internet. Good luck.
