Yesterday pain in my right groin, and persistent urge to urinate. after several hours instant relief from both. (no blood) have had kidney stones in the past. urinalysis showed: large (non hemolyzed, intact, about 250 rbc/ul) need i be worried?

No. You might have passed a small stone or 'gravel' Drink plenty of water and if you have not seen a Urologist in a while pl do so to get checked for any other stones.
