Call your doctor: Most OB's and midwives have an answering service for after hours. This could be related to contractions. Call the main office number and see if you get the answering service or instructions on how to contact your OB provider. He/she may want you to get monitored for contractions or based on questioning may suggest something to relieve the discomfort.
