Sounds like...: This sounds like a hypnic jerk, which is nothing to be concerned about. Typically these occur as you are transitioning from wake in to sleep. Be sure you are getting a normal amount of sleep nightly/regular sleep wake schedule, as that can often decrease the frequency of these. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/hypnic_jerk.
