Arms are falling asleep at night and it's very painful afterwards?

Tight clothing?: Be careful with the clothing you wear to bed. It appears that you are compressing your nerves under your armpit. Pressing on these nerve bundle can cause loss of feeling, loss of the ability to use your arms and a "pins and needles" feeling. Usually when you remove the pressure the feeling returns to your arms, sometime with a burning pain. Seek help if this continunes.
