See your doctor : Your doctor will likely order a urinalysis followed by a urine culture and sensitivity if necessary. If there is no infection then you will likely be referred to a urologist for further workup regarding other possible origins of bleeding.

Be seen: You need to be seen. Blood in the urine can come from several things, including infections.
