Can wellbutrin (bupropion) and concerta cause someone permanent damage?

Side effects: All medications/substances that offer potential benefits offer potential harm. This is why use needs to be direcred by well-trained clinicians who can weigh the costs&benefits. Wellbutrin (bupropion) lowers the seizure threshold, which can make it easier for a patient to have a seizure, if at risk. Concerta is a stimulant, which can lead to irregular heart rhythm or heart attack, if at risk.
