My throat has been very sore for about 3 day now on the third night my nose is getting stuffy. what can i do?

Common cold: It sounds like you have a common cold. It might be the flu as well, but a cold is much more likely. Otc decongestants will help with the stuffy nose, and Ibuprofen can help with the sore throat. If the symptoms persist, however, see your doctor. Feel better.
