What are "out of body experiences?

Dreams: These are alleged memories of events in which the person has usually some kind of shock or trauma, frequently with loss of consciousness, and then awaken to "recall" seeing their body from the outside and sometimes engaging in tasks. It is undoutedly a reconstruction of memories from physiological upset of the brain and not a real event.
