Fibromyalgia: If you are asking about 'total body pain", it would be most probably related to a condition known as fibromyalgia. This is an aberrant sensitivity of body to normally non-painful stimuli. This disease is more common among women. Besides of pain it also has other disturbances, such as poor sleep, headaches, stomach ache, fatigue.

Seek evaluation: There are many conditions that can cause widespread pain. Is it all in your joints, muscles? What makes it worse? Did it start someplace and spread? You need blood work, x-ray or MRI studies, other testing to determine which condition is causing your symptoms. Fibromyalgia is a rare but real entity that gets diagnosed too quickly and too often, hence too inaccurate many times. See doc for workup.
