Processed foods: processed foods in general are low in fiber. Read the labels, where as fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes and whole grains are high in fiber. So, white rice is low in fiber compared to brown rice. Dairy, meat, chicken and fish are absent in fiber. Best of health to you.
