Colon cancer: Signs or symptoms can include any of the following, change in your bowel habits, including diarrhea or constipation, change in the consistency of your stool, rectal bleeding or blood in your stool, persistent abdominal pain a feeling that your bowel doesn't empty completely, weakness or fatigue from anemia. Also unintentional significant weight loss can be a sign. See your md if these occur.
