Neuropathy: That is a difficult question to answer online. A good neurologist might be able to determine the true cause for your pains. Sometimes inherent nerve problems point to a generalized neurologic disorder. Sympathetic chain surgery might also be beneficial. Maybe a second opinion? Best of luck!

Poor response : In general, p.Neuropathy responds pooly to medications.The most important thing is to have a diagnosis as to the cause of your p.Neuropathy.Dont yet give up...Consult a neurologist.
