Provide more info: Many times when there is discrepancy in advice, the information provided is not entirely clear and can be interpreted differently. You can consider reaching out to one of the health tap specialists in the area your problem involves and request a consultation, or rephrase your initial question with additional information. You can also go to your pcp to get more definitive diagnosis.

Another opinion?: Not knowing your question, it's hard to tell you where to go. When doctors give 'polar opposite' answers, usually either your question was poorly worded or you into an area where there is strong disagreement - meaning both answers are probably 'right' and 'partly wrong'. Try posting again but reword your question.
