That depends!: The basics, for women of average risk are: your weight, your first colonoscopy at around 50 years old, a blood pressure check, blood tests for cholesterol and diabetes, sexually transmitted disease screen unless there's no risk whatsoever, a pap smear and hpv virus test if you have not had them done in the past three years. Other tests depend on your individual health risks.
