Dizziness: Dizziness and felling like you are going to pass out or fall can have many causes, some serious and some not so serious. Vertigo is just one possibility. Please see your provider so that he can adequately assess to cause of your dizziness.

Could be: Vertigo is a common cause for severe dizziness to the point where one falls.There are other more serious medical conditions that can cause these symptoms as well.See your doctor
