Sugar and Pregnancy: Yes. The number one disastrous complication in pregnancy is developing diabetes during pregnancy and the baby ballooning up with so much excess sugars. Please get some control of this.

Nutritionist: Yes, too much sugar is bad for you and bad for your baby. Talk to your OBGyn about the risks of gestational diabetes to you and early onset diabetes for your child. Ask your OBGyn if the services of a Nutritionist would be helpful. Have a healthy baby!
