Safe to quit: Yes, it is safe to quit meth abruptly, as well as vitally important to your baby's health. You will experience withdrawal lethargy, slowed thinking, and possible feeling blue--this will pass. You can ease the withdrawal symptoms by reminding yourself that your baby will be much healthier for your good choice.

Quitting speed: Also, i suggest that you quit under the supervision of a physician in case you experience untoward symptoms that need to be medicated or if you have troubles getting off it.
