No rush: Negative stress tests dont necessarily have to be repeated anytime soon unless the patient has new symptoms or later is facing a special stress like a major surgery.

Depends: The standard "warranty period" for a normal nuclear stress test is about 2 years. With that in mind, it is not recommended to order repeat stress tests after someone has a normal test, unless you are having symptoms that are concerning for possible heart disease.
