Ectopics can kill: I am assuming that you are referring to a transvaginal ultrasound. If you (or someone you know) has a positive pregnancy test, and an ultrasound has been done (presumably for pain) and the findings are that of a "walled off ruptured ectopic", then hopefully this person has already been to the or to have this treated. Ectopic pregnancies that rupture need to be surgically removed! get help now!
