Will my cycle come like normal after a ruptured ectopic?

Well: Likely not for a while. The changes from the hormones, from the pregnancy, even tough in the tube, will likely cause bleeding first. Normal ovulation will resume quickly but you may have some irregular bleeding until that happens in a month or two. I'm glad your doing well. That's a tough one, but periods will go back to baseline, give it some time.
