Dyspepsia: If you know for sure flatulence/dyspepsia is something that causes your arrhythmia, then you should focus on treating this condition. Identify and avoid foods known to cause/aggravate your dyspepsia/flatulence. There are certain medications that may also help, such as simethicone. Eat smaller and more frequent meals and make sure you drink plenty of fluids, preferably water to flush yourself well.

Check other causes: While you may associate the rhythm as coming from the GI complaints, both may be result of something else - coronary artery disease. Angina may be manifested as 'heart burn' and may also cause cardiac arhythmias. I cannot correlate flatulance with this, however.
