Stress: There is not a singular point for massage of the neck to release stress. Actually not every one tightens the neck in reaction to stress. When viewed through the eyes of traditional chinese medicine, certain types of people tend to be more vulnerable to expressing stress in this manner. Please consider progressive muscle relaxation as one option. Deep breathing exercises as another.
