Multiple timepoints?: Multiple sclerosis means multiple locations (which you describe) but also multiple events or timepoints. Diagnosis depends on clinical picture (type and patterns of brain/cord dysfunction) and the appearance on imaging (periventricular demyelination, "dawson's fingers" on MRI etc). The fact that you had no relapses speaks against ms. Discuss with ms neurologist who can put it all together.

Could be: But, hope your doctors have ruled out the several other disorders which can mimic MS, such as lupus or Lyme disease. We could term your status as RIS, which represents MRI signs prior to clinical issues. Would repeat the studies in about 6 months, and start discussing meds even now; also, start Vitamin D-3 5000 units daily at this point.
