Eczema: Could be eczema ; you might want to try a cortisone cream. Unfortunately the over the counter ones aren't as effective for eczema in your hands; you might need stronger prescription strength. Also be gentle with your skin; don't expose it to a lot of water; don't wash too often as that can dry the skin and when you do need to wash use a gentle cleanser not antibacterial soaps which can be harsh.
