A member asked:

Is it normal to have occasional cramps at 6 almost 7 weeks pregnant with no bleeding?

Yes: That can be normal, bleeding changes the ball game though. If it worries you see your ob/gyn and they can do an ultrasound of your baby.

Common: Cramping early in pregnancy is very common. The fact that you are not bleeding is also reassuring. At 7 weeks gestation you should not only be able to document that baby is in the uterus, but also see the heartbeat with an ultrasound.
