Common: As your uterus expands with the baby, the muscles may have some mild cramping. This is very common. As long as you are not bleeding, and they remain mild, you can just keep an eye on the symptoms. If in doubt, contact your OB. If no OB, and you see a worsening of symptoms, youi may need to go to er. Good Luck with your pregnancy
