Pain: I think it's time to get examined. I certainly would start with a pelvic ultrasound. The thought of endometriosis comes to mind.

Good morning sir.. I have a complaint sir.. Been having some challenges in my cycle four 3months now.. During June I noticed after my period i see some blood with clot it just light and its colours brown for extra 2weeks before my ovulation..
