150 minutes/week: The current recommendation officially is 150 minutes weekly of cardiovascular exercise. However, even the best diet and exercise regimen can be predicted to lower your LDL by 25% at the most, unfortunately, so I'm not sure that will be nearly enough to bring you to your LDL goal.
