LDL: The LDL value of 216 is too high. You not only need to exercise daily and eat heart healthy diet. But also need to discuss with your doctor if you have to start taking cholesterol lowering drug 'statin'.

150 minutes/week: The current recommendation officially is 150 minutes weekly of cardiovascular exercise. However, even the best diet and exercise regimen can be predicted to lower your LDL by 25% at the most, unfortunately, so I'm not sure that will be nearly enough to bring you to your LDL goal.
