Ask doctor: Sometimes early in pregnancy the fetal heart can be difficult to visualize with ultrasound. Your doctor should be able to give you best advice as to the status of your pregnancy. Good luck!

Needs through eval: Not having fetal heart beat on ultrasound or fetal statoscope is a serious and emergent condition . You need to seek re evaluation immediately . It is top urgent.
