Sorry,: But there is no such thing as "adrenal fatigue". It's an internet scam with no scientific basis or factual data to back it up. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

Some clarification: Ibd is inflammatory bowel disease . Ibs is irritable bowel syndrome . Adrenal insufficiency is a separate entity . If you are feeling tired , sleepy while you need to be alert , you need to be evaluated . Please do not text while driving
