Unlikely: At 24 cancer would be unlikely. At any age, only gross cancers would show up on xray. With the persistence symptoms you have, i would see a specialist. I would also look into those things that can help your digestion.

See details: Make sure this is actually ibs and not inflammatory bowel disease or celiac disease.
