? Plantar Fasciitis?: Symptoms of plantar fasciitis include pain/ stiffness of the bottom of the heel (may include bottom of foot). Some things that ^ pain include prolonged walking, standing, stair climbing or 1st steps out of bed in the morning. See your podiatrist if you have these issues.

Plantar fasciitis: Based upon what you are describing, it appears you have planta fasciitis. That is inflammationof the ligament that attaches to your heel. Improper support of the arch with cause pain in your heel. It will be worse upon awankening or after being seated for awhile. Custom made orthotics is the best conservative treatment for this problem.
