What b/p is too low that i should be concern?

Low Blood Pressure: It depends on the person. If you have had high blood pressure and no all of a sudden it drops that could be a problem. I have had many patients with normal systolic blood pressure in the 90s. Generally systolic (the top number) should be above 80.
